North Carolina native Presley Barker is a singer/songwriter and guitarist on a mission to bring real country music back. Growing up with a deep appreciation for the outdoors and working on his family’s cattle farm, Barker knows the meaning of hard work, dedication, and what the country lifestyle is all about. First picking up a guitar at the age of seven, he participated in mountain music festivals across the south, where he won the Galax Old Time Fiddlers Convention guitar contest in the adult division at just ten years old, and again at age thirteen. Over the next few years, he added titles like the West Virginia State Flatpicking Guitar champion and Wayne Henderson Guitar competition winner to his name.
His journey as an artist has led him to other achievements, including performances on national television shows such as The Today Show and American Idol. Barker has…
